The Game Awards 2022: le nomination

I The Game Awards di questo 2022 sono sempre più vicini. La cerimonia, che consacrerà il migliore tra i migliori titoli dell’industria videoludica, è prevista per giovedì 8 dicembre. Anche se con il nostro fuso orario italiano, è giusto indicarli per venerdì 9 dicembre alle 01:30 del mattino.

L’evento, che andrà in diretta streaming su tutte le principali piattaforme digitali, sociali e videoludiche in tutto il mondo, sarà condotto anche quest’anno da Geoff Keighley, che ne è l’ideatore.

Keighley dichiara che quest’anno abbia lavorato con l’obiettivo di ridurre la durata dell’evento. La trasmissione dovrebbe essere così più breve, ma avere annunci con ritmo più sostenuto. Non c’è da preoccuparsi però, il numero di titoli presenti all’evento è in linea con quello delle scorse edizioni.

Considerazioni e dove votare

Come ogni anno, si accende il dibattito su quale titolo meriti o meno la vittoria della sua categoria, in quanto tutti vorremmo veder vincere sempre il nostro titolo preferito. Sicuramente, la discussione più accesa è sempre quella che riguarda il Game of the Year. La vediamo accesa ancor di più quest’anno a causa di due pezzi da novanta: God of Ragnarok ed Elden Ring.

God of War Ragnarok si è portato a casa ben dieci Nomination in nove differenti categorie, mentre Elden Ring solo sette. Per inciso, lo stesso numero di Horizon Forbidden West.

Ma a sorpresa vediamo un altro titolo molto ricorrente, Stray, anche quest’ultimo candidato per il titolo di gioco dell’anno. L’avventura sviluppata da BlueTwelve Studio e pubblicata da Annapurna Interactive si porta a casa sei nomination.

A dispetto di chi afferma il contrario, sarà in grado di aggiudicarsi il premio a discapito dei favoriti?
