The Game Awards 2021, ecco le nomination ufficiali!

I The Game Awards 2021 sono sempre più vicini, vi ricordiamo infatti che verranno assegnati nella cerimonia del 9 dicembre. Questa verrà presentata, come sempre, da Geoff Keighley. Con l’avvicinarsi dell’evento è stata diffusa la lista completa di tutte le nomination, inclusa la più ambita: il Game of the Year.

In lizza per il premio più importante troviamo lo sparatutto Deathloop, l’esperienza cooperativa di It Takes Two, le avventure Metroid Dread e Psychonauts 2, l’action sci-fi Ratchet & Clank Rift Apart e, infine, Resident Evil Village di Capcom.

Con l’annuncio dei giochi in nomination ai TGA 2021, si sono aperte anche le votazioni della community.

Due assenze inaspettate nelle nomination al GOTY 2021

Impossibile non notare l’assenza di due giochi molto apprezzati nel 2021; parliamo nello specifico del roguelike 3D Returnal e del racing game Forza Horizon 5. Su quest’ultimo si è aperto un dibattito riguardo la rigidità della stampa specializzata, in materia di nomination ai TGA. L’ultima fatica di Playground Games, infatti, ha la media voto più alta dell’anno, ma questo sembra non bastare per meritarsi una nomination al GOTY.
